How to Register

1. Online. Register quickly and securely by clicking here.  If you have already submitted a registration form and would like to submit an online payment, please click here.

2. By U.S. Mail. Download the 2008 Registration Form, complete both sides of the form, and mail to the following address.

3. In Person. Stateline Youth Athletics will have walk-up registration on the following dates:

* A family maximum of $200 applies.  To offset the registration fee, raffle tickets will be provided in the amount of your registration fee.  You may choose to not sell the raffle tickets and submit the ticket stubs with your name on them, or you may choose to sell all or some of your raffle tickets to your neighbors, family, or friends.  If you choose to sell all of your raffle tickets, you will play the 2008 season for FREE!  All raffle tickets will be distributed by coaches at the beginning of the season. A $5 "Online Registration" discount will apply if registration is done via this website. A $5 "Early Bird Registration" discount will apply if registration is received by March 1.

Refunds

Registration fees will be fully refunded if notice is received prior to the appropriate registration deadline. Notify the Registrar via email. For additional information, please read our Refund Policy.
